proposal or agreement between Baroda Web Solution and the client. The client agrees to review
and understand the refund terms specified in the project documentation.
1.2 Unused Services
Refunds may be provided for unused services if cancellation occurs before the commencement of
the project or within the stipulated refund period as per the project agreement.
1.3 Payment Disputes
Any payment disputes should be reported to barodawebsolution@gmail.com within seven (7) days of
the transaction. We will investigate the issue and respond promptly.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Notice of Cancellation
Clients must provide written notice of cancellation to barodawebsolution@gmail.com. The
cancellation notice should include the reason for cancellation and any relevant details.
2.2 Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [30] days from the date of receiving the
cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
2.3 Project Commencement
If a project has commenced, the cancellation may be subject to fees for work performed up to the
cancellation date. The client will be notified of any applicable charges.
3. Force Majeure
In the event that either party is unable to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond
its control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or other unforeseen events, both parties
agree to negotiate a fair and equitable resolution.

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
